Plumber

Hi,

We're having some issues with the hot water in our flat. Can anyone recommend a plumber that is familiar with the Dalston Square systems?

I used John Kennedy from Permanent Plumbing Solutions a few months ago but I've been trying to get in contact with him for the last week with no luck.

Hi joe. That's a tricky one because when it comes to the systems of the square, John really is the man. Unfortunately that means he is a man in demand. Try him again and let him know you have a problem rather than in need of a service, and he may be more responsive (leave a voice message or send him a text). Hope that helps and good luck. ;o)

I have been relying on John for years and he is awesome, but this year he has been particularly hard to reach. The couple of times I managed to get trough him, he did not return my calls to confirm an appointment.

I did my research at www.ciphe.org.uk/consumer/find-a-plumber/ (we need qualified professionals to serve our unvented cylinder) and went for Adam at azplumbingcontractors.co.uk/ Reliable and professional, he even sorted out the mess my neighbour's heat system had. Fully recommended.

Thanks for the recommendation. Adam came last week and was able to fix the issue. I would recommend him to anyone else in the square looking for a plumber, he seemed very knowledgeable of the systems.
