Problem with Water Damage

I’m a resident of Sledge Tower and having issues with some water damage being caused within my flat. It seems to be some sort of issues with the water pipes but I’m not entirely sure what.
I’ve tried contacting Barratts but they’re being extremely slow to respond and essentially telling me the flat is no longer in warranty for them to help.
Can anyone confirm if the Sledge Tower flats are out of warranty? I was sure this was not the case.
Also if anyone knows of a good plumber/contractor that knows the layout of the flats and could help fix this issue I’d be very grateful!

Water damage is a difficult one because you have to know the source of the ingress to determine who is responsible. Has a neighbour had a flood that has seeped through to you (their responsibility), did you have a flood yourself that has left damage (your responsibility), or is there a problem within the general water/waste infrastructure of the building (Barratt's responsibility).

Do you know, or have a good guess, at how the damage happened?
