Hello neighbours, didn’t think I would be requesting advice and help again so soon after the last thread, but as Storm Ciara is raging through right now, the inner wall of one of my windows (Thomas Tower) is leaking water in!!
As I’ve been living here now way past the warranty time, I’m not entirely sure what to do or who to call (though part of me is livid that Barratt won’t take responsibility anymore for this sort of building issues). Would I call in a builder in this case? Does anyone have recommendations?
