Dear Resident (only those with a car park space) We have just discovered that unfortunately there was a technical error in the translation from one system to another when the 2015/2016 budget was recently issued. This meant that the 2 car park schedules were imported the wrong way round.........what this effectively meant is that those with a Phase 1 car park space have been charged the budget for the Phase 3 car park and vice versa. Due to the fact that one schedule is twice the amount of the other (as one has 66 spaces and the other 35 spaces) those in Phase 1 have been considerably under charged and those in Phase 3 considerably over charged. We are issuing a credit or debit to each account affected along with an apology for the inconvenience caused. Thanks, Consort Management.

So there we have it: Phase 1 car park space owners will be receiving a supplemental bill in the region of £170 (give or take), phase 3 owners will receive refunds circa £350.
