As someone mentioned via e-mail a short while back, Peverel, or rather their previous incarnation of Solitaire, were on the BBC program "Don’t get done get Dom" a while back. Not surprisingly, they did not come out looking good. Overcharging, underdelivering and - apparently not even on top of their own paperwork.
One of the leaseholders, Neil Healy, organised all leaseholders in the development and took Solitaire to a tribunal. They ordered the accounts to be inspected and found duplicate invoices, invoices for other developments. In the end, the leaseholders won a refund of 223,000 Pounds and went down the RTM route. It might be a good idea for our RTM sub-committee to reach out to Neil and see if we can get some help from him.
