As we approach Christmas, we wanted to quickly remind you of the parcel size restrictions with regard to deliveries being taken in by the Concierge. The general rule is that parcels can be a maximum of 50cm x 50cm x 50cm in size.
Please collect your items on a daily basis. If we do not have the space to store items we may not be able to accept them at reception.
For anything larger, please arrange to be at home to accept delivery as we unfortunately cannot store items that exceed these measurements.
