Hi folks.
I have today been contacted by Gerald from Consort regarding this current outage. Gerald wanted me to pass on the fact that he has been chasing Otis on this issue since it was first reported over 2 weeks ago (he sent me a copy of his email string with them to show this), and will continue to do so until the issue is remedied. Today, Otis advised that the lead-time on the parts that are needed for the repair is 3 weeks, and as soon as they hear from the supplier in France, they will advise us.
