As you should be aware by now, Hackney Council intend to use the public space of Dalston Square to host a whole lot of events for the local community (much like Gillette Square in the village). And to keep residents abreast of all that is going on they have begun to produce a newsletter, basically a programme of events, which each and every residence in the Square will receive by post.
In this thread I will post electronic copies of these newsletters for anyone who lost their copy, and everyone in the wider community. As always, I will be posting them in pdf format so everyone should be able to open them.
Lucy McMenemy (Cultural Programme Officer at Hackney Council), apologises for the corporate feel of this first one, but promises this will be worked on for future editions.
