The Image below was sent to me by Sean to show what areas of the Square are the responsibility of ConsortPM (our managing agent). All areas outlined in (and hatched) red, are managed by ConsortPM. The rest of the Square is the responsibility of Hackney Council (or will be once completed and handed over by Barrat Homes). The last area to mention is the bus stand, turn-around, and stop area at the rear of Dalston Junction Station: From Forest Road, behind all phase 3 blocks, past the rear of the station and back to Kingsland Road, is the responsibility of TFL (Transport For London).
