RESIDENTS ARE REQUESTED TO READ AND OBIDE BY THE FOLLOWING WHICH ARE CONTAINED WITHIN YOUR LEASE:
• Not to use the balcony or roof terrace areas for any purpose so as to cause annoyance or nuisance
• Not to use balcony or paved patio for storage of any kind including refuse
• Not to obstruct any access ways, entrances, stairways, lobbies or corridors
• Not to hang at the windows anything other than curtains/blinds of a suitable nature
• No loud music, musical instrument, television, radio or singing allowed that can be heard in other flats between 23.00-08.00
• Not to let the flat without consent
• Not to erect a satellite dish, aerial
• To ensure the interior of the flat is kept in good order including glazing
• Ensure all refuse is placed in the appropriate receptacle in areas designated for that purpose
• No barbecue’s on balconies or inside flats
