Hi there, I tried delivering parcels to the concierge as residents was not in, the concierge named Micheal said he is not allowed to take certain parcels because of their size (15x30 cams or bigger) is this true and if yes what can be done about it
That is correct: There are size restrictions in place as there is limited space for storage and this development has nigh on 600 apartments with some 2000 residents (or more). What can be done? The same as can be done for any property that has no concierge service: Re-arrange delivery for a time when the recipient is at home.
