To enable continued and enjoyable use of the roof terraces by everyone, we ask that you kindly follow the below:
• Do not leave litter
• Not use barbecues due to building fire regulations
• No ‘sleep overs’ on the terraces.
• Email sean.stone@consortpm.co.uk in advance of any group activity such as a family get together/party so this can be logged and the residents association consulted
• No loud music
• No climbing on the cladding, walls or over barriers
• No nudity
• Alcohol should be consumed in moderation
• Be aware that any noise can be magnified, echo and affect residents not directly facing the terraces
• Respect the concierge staff who monitor the use of the terraces for health & safety and security purposes and abide by their instruction
• Use the terraces during the set times: April-September 06.00-21.00 and October-March 06.00-17.00
